Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 Cup AP Flour
  • teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Ultrafine Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles

Glaze

  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • Rainbow Sprinkles and Nonpareils

Instructions

Donuts

  • Preheat oven to 325°
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • Using a hand mixer - combine the sugar, egg, Greek yogurt, milk and vanilla.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. (do not overmix)
  • Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  • Generously spray donut pan with non stick.
  • Split the batter evenly between the six donut molds. (Fill about 3/4 full. There may be a little extra batter.)
  • Bake at 325° for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer donuts to cooling rack.

Glaze

  • In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar and heavy cream.
  • Dip the donuts into the glaze then immediately top with rainbow sprinkles and nonpareils.
