Can I make Mini BLT Bites ahead of time?

You can cook the bacon and prepare the bread in advance, but assemble the bites just before serving so they stay crisp and fresh.

What kind of bread works best?

Sourdough, white sandwich bread, or even small slider buns work great. Choose a bread that toasts well and holds its shape.

How do I keep the lettuce from wilting?

Dry it thoroughly after washing and layer it between the mayo and tomato to prevent direct contact with moisture.

Can I add other ingredients?

Try adding avocado slices, cheese, or even a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a gourmet touch.
