After speaking with my Weight Watchers Coach and setting some goals, I am working on my consistency. I already shared my Weight Watchers Action Plan.
Mostly, I need to focus on eating regularly and tracking my meals. I have gotten better about not skipping meals. I’m still working on tracking my meals.

- 2 Medium Honeycrisp Apples - cubed, 4 cups
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Lite Whipped Topping, Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
- Tiny Pinch Ground Cinnamon
- Tiny Pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- Tiny Pinch Sea Salt
- Mix all ingredients and serve immediately.
