Boozy Ice Cream

Yes, I love my ice cream.  So of course I needed to post an ice cream recipe for St. Patrick’s Day.

And of course, St. Patrick’s Day ice cream has to be boozy!

Just a reminder: this is an adult only recipe.  And stay tuned for my Boozy Irish Floats that will feature this ice cream!

This Irish Cream Ice Cream is potent.  I figured if you want boozy ice cream . . . You should get a little tipsy during dessert!

This recipe creates a soft serve consistency due to the high alcohol content.  Feel free to decrease the amount of Irish Cream Liqueur for a milder taste and firmer texture.

Another bonus to having so much alcohol in this ice cream {besides the obvious reasons}.  You can get away with making this without an ice cream maker.  Just mix/whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves, then freeze.
