Dessert Dip Recipe

Yeah, yeah.  Another dip recipe.  What can I say . . . I love dips!  Especially the kind that you just stir together and start eating immediately.

I’ve been wanting to create a recipe that includes pomegranate seeds.  One problem.  I always end up eating the pomegranate before I get a chance to use it in a recipe.  Pomegranate seeds mixed with Cool Whip is one of my favorite late night treats.

But finally I was able to restrain myself and create this Pomegranate Apricot Cream Cheese Dip.  And jeez is it delicious!

My daughter and I enjoyed this dip with salty crackers.  But, this cream cheese dip spread onto a bagel is quite possibly one of my favorite breakfasts!  You MUST try this on a bagel.
