Chicken and Rice Recipe
How I do not have any Buffalo Chicken recipes on my site is a mystery. I Love It! The spicy chicken combined with creamy blue cheese … perfect.
Even more perfect, I made this dinner in Reynolds Oven Bags. No dishes to wash! That made my night right there.
This recipe is great for back to school or football season!
It’s really simple. Just coat the inside of the bag with flour and spices. Fill with chicken chunks and pour in the Buffalo sauce.
Boom! Saucy.
In a separate bag combine wild rice, chopped celery, chopped carrots and water.
Seal the bags and bake.
Bust open that pouch of deliciousness and dinner is served!
Don’t forget the blue cheese. Very Important.
