Crispy Brussels Sprouts + Pancetta in Cast Iron

This is one of those super simple side dish recipes that does not require a ton of ingredients or effort. Prepping the Brussels sprouts is the most time consuming part of this recipe and even that is fairly straight forward.

These cast iron pan fried Brussels sprouts do not involve a sauce or extra seasonings. We are letting the flavors of the earthy sprouts and salty pancetta shine. Of course, if you prefer to add extras. . . go for it! Make this recipe your own.

How To Trim and Prepare Brussels Sprouts

Slice off the bottom of the stem leaving a portion attached to keep the sprouts from falling apart. Slice in half lengthwise. Some leaves may come off while prepping.
