- Bone-In Pork Chops (approx 1″ thick)
- Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- Vine Tomatoes
- Pesto
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
How To Bake Pesto Pork Chops
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Generously grease rimmed sheet pan.
- Coat pork chops with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to sheet pan. Place tomatoes beside chops and brush with oil.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness. Top with pesto the last 2 minutes of cook time.
- Serve topped with parmesan.
