  • Cod Fillets
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Salt/Pepper

How To Make Oven Baked Cod

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Grease a 2 quart roasting dish.
  3. Place cod fillets in roasting dish.
  4. Melt butter. Mix in garlic, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon mixture over cod fillets.
  6. Bake cod 12-14 minutes or until flaky and cooked through.

What Temperature Should Cod Be Cooked To

The safe internal temp for fish is 145°F, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook it until the center reaches 145°F on a thermometer.

  • 4 Cod Fillets
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Grease a 2 quart roasting dish.
