- Cod Fillets
- Unsalted Butter
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Parsley
- Salt/Pepper
How To Make Oven Baked Cod
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Grease a 2 quart roasting dish.
- Place cod fillets in roasting dish.
- Melt butter. Mix in garlic, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Spoon mixture over cod fillets.
- Bake cod 12-14 minutes or until flaky and cooked through.

The safe internal temp for fish is 145°F, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook it until the center reaches 145°F on a thermometer.

- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves - grated
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
- Salt/Pepper - to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Grease a 2 quart roasting dish.
- Place cod fillets in roasting dish.
- Melt butter. Mix in garlic, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Spoon mixture over cod fillets.
- Bake cod 12-14 minutes or until flaky and cooked through. (check at 10 minutes for thin fillets)
