Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
Caesar salad is one of those salads that is often ordered at a restaurant but we rarely think to make it at home. I’m not sure why that is because Homemade Caesar salad Dressing is actually pretty easy to make. Just toss lettuce, parmesan, croutons and a protein in the flavorful dressing for an epic caesar salad meal.
This dressing is creamy and tangy. If you prefer a little less tang, just decrease the lemon juice. You can also omit the anchovy paste if preferred.
