FRUIT SALAD
Fresh fruit salad is always a hit at parties, holidays and picnics. This blend of fresh berries and oranges is tossed in a tangy lime honey dressing.
The kids especially love this salad and it is a great way to get them to eat more fruit.
BERRY OPTIONS:
Add or omit berries to fit your preferences. Pomegranate and cherries taste great in this salad.
DRESSING OPTIONS:
Sweeten the dressing to your preferred taste.
Feel free to add chopped mint or basil for an extra pop of flavor.
BERRY FRUIT SALAD STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
To prepare ahead, mix fruit then refrigerate. The berries, especially the raspberries, are fragile and should be added just before serving. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Strawberries, quartered
- 3 Oranges, segmented and halved
- 8 oz Raspberries
- 8oz Blackberries
- 1 Lb Blueberries
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon Honey (or maple syrup)
Instructions
- In large bowl, add strawberries, orange, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.
- Whisk together lime juice and honey.
- Pour dressing over berries, toss gently. Serve.
