- Leftover Prime Rib
- Ciabatta, French or Sour Dough Rolls
- Sweet Onions
- Prepared Horseradish
- Mayonnaise
- Spring Mix Greens
How To Make Leftover Prime Rib Sandwiches
- Prepare caramelized onions.
- Thinly slice the prime rib, as close to shaved as possible. (I leave it cold. If preferred, heat quickly in a skillet just until warm.)
- Mix mayo and horseradish.
- If toasting bread, brush with oil from caramelized onions and toast in the oven.
- Spread horseradish mayo onto top and bottom of rolls. Layer greens, prime rib, onions and more greens. Serve.

- 1-2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
