- Canned Water Chestnuts
- Package Leek Soup Mix
- Carrot
- Full Fat Sour Cream (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
- Mayonnaise
- Ground Pepper
- Sourdough or French Bread

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1 Can Water Chestnuts - chopped, 8oz
- 1 Package Leek Soup Mix, 1.8oz
- 1 Cup Grated Carrot, about 1 carrot
- 2 Cups Full Fat Sour Cream (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- Sourdough or French Bread
Instructions
- Thaw chopped spinach and drain all liquid.
- Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
