Easy Chicken and Broccoli In Teriyaki Sauce

This is a dinner that comes together in about 30 minutes with just a handful of ingredients. Chicken, broccoli and red bell pepper are coated with teriyaki sauce then served with rice.

Make your own Homemade Teriyaki Sauce or use store bought. The store bought varieties vary in thickness so you’ll want to buy one of the thicker teriyaki sauces.

  • Oil
  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • White Rice
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onions

How To Make Homemade Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in cast iron pan or wok over medium/high heat.
  2. Add chicken to pan and brown sides.
  3. Add broccoli and peppers to pan and cook until broccoli is tender and chicken cooked through. (approx 5-10 minutes depending on size)
  4. Turn off heat and add teriyaki sauce to pan. Toss until chicken and broccoli are evenly coated and sauce is bubbling.
  5. Serve with rice. Top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.

  • Green Onions - sliced
