Healthy Spinach Salad With Strawberries – Clean Eating
Fresh salads are one of my favorite things about Spring and Summer. All the great produce options make epic salads possible.
This spinach and strawberry salad is loaded with clean, natural ingredients. The combination of salty and sweet is perfectly balanced. Just in time for strawberry season, be sure to stop by your local strawberry patch. Check out this informative article on the Nutritional Benefits of Strawberries.
I use a blend of spinach and mixed salad greens because that is my preference. All spinach is a bit much for my tastes. Use all spinach, all salad greens or a combo…whatever you prefer.
Is Balsamic Dressing Healthy
This balsamic vinaigrette dressing is healthy. Made with just 4 ingredients; this dressing is quick, easy and doesn’t have any weird preservatives in it like store bought dressings.
Can This Salad Be Made Vegan
Yes, just omit the cheese and this salad is vegan friendly. There are also vegan cheese options available at grocery stores now, feel free to try that.

Yummy recipe. Even we should stir together yogurt, white wine vinegar, honey, olive oil, mustard, and poppy seeds to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Can you store the dressing at room temperature? If not, the olive oil solidifies.

Love this salad. I do leave out the nuts and it is still delicious. Think the dressing would be great on just strawberries as an app too! This is one of our favorite salads especially if we are having guests.
