Ranch Potatoes In Oven
These potatoes are unbelievably tasty between the ranch flavor and the melty cheese, it doesn’t get much better. Even if you are not usually a die hard ranch fan these potatoes will not disappoint.
Cheesy Potatoes is also a great side dish because it does not take much effort and only requires a few ingredients. Really, this could be a dinner or breakfast dish.
Ingredients Needed For Ranch Potatoes + Cheese
- Baby Dutch Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Dry Ranch Mix
- Colby/Jack Cheese
How Do You Cook Ranch Potatoes In An Oven
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Cut potatoes in halves or quarters, all equal in size.
- Toss potatoes with oil and ranch mix. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet sprayed with nonstick. Arrange potatoes in an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, toss half way through cooking time.
- Once potatoes are fork tender, top with shredded cheese and return to the oven for 1 minute to melt.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
