Creamy Crab Alfredo Made in One Pot
This amazing pasta dish is made in one-pot. The sauce and pasta cook together then the crab and parmesan are added at the end. The rich cream sauce coats the pasta and highlights the slight sweetness of the crab. The lemon and parsley brighten this dish while the Cajun seasoning adds a pop of spice.
A simple yet elegant dinner that makes a wonderfully indulgent meal.
This is how I love to cook. Using really great ingredients to make a meal that is flavorful without being fussy. This pasta is also very versatile. If you are not a fan of crab you can easily swap in cooked shrimp or chicken. This would even be a great no-meat pasta dinner or side dish, just omit the crab for a vegetarian version.

What Is The Best Crab Meat To Buy
The brands and availability vary depending on your location. Find the highest quality canned lump crab meat that is offered in your area. I use Chicken of the Sea Premium Real Crab Meat. It tastes great and is available at my local Costco.
Can You Eat Canned Crab Meat Without Cooking It
Store bought canned crab is fully cooked. This is why we are adding the crab meat at the end just to heat it with the pasta before serving.
If ever you question if the crab is cooked or not, just read the packaging. It will specify if it is cooked or not.
