I like to prepare Air Fryer Corn on the Cob. But you can also use Roasted Corn, Grilled Corn, Boiled Corn or even Pressure Cooker Corn.
Once the corn is cooked, start chopping and mixing. That’s it!

Can You Freeze Black Bean Corn Salad
I do not recommend freezing this salad. The fresh ingredients would likely turn to mush.
But, you can totally make this salad ahead. It keeps well in the refrigerator for days.
How Do You Make Corn Salad With Black Beans
- Cook your corn any way you prefer. Air Fryer Corn on the Cob, Roasted Corn, Grilled Corn, Boiled Corn or even Pressure Cooker Corn.

- Combine corn, black beans, bell pepper, jalapeño and onion.
- Stir in tomatoes, avocado and cilantro.
- Mix the dressing ingredients: lime juice, avocado oil, cumin and chili powder.

- 3 Ears of Corn - roasted, grilled, etc.
- 1 (15oz) Can Black Beans - drained, rinsed
- 1 Red Bell Pepper - seeds removed, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño - seeds removed, chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion - chopped
- 12 ounces Cherry or Grape Tomatoes - halved
- 1 -2 Avocados - pitted, chopped
- Large Handful Cilantro - chopped
- Juice and Zest of 1 Lime
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Salt/Pepper
