BERRY FLUFF SALAD
Bursting with tart, berry flavors and just the right amount of sweet, everyone will love this Berry Cheesecake Salad. Super easy and quick to toss together for holidays, bbq’s, potlucks and parties!
INGREDIENT OPTIONS:
Berries – Add or omit your favorite berries. Be sure to use super fresh berries. Overripe berries or frozen berries are not best for this salad.
Vanilla – Clear vanilla extract keeps the bright white base of this salad. But feel free to use any vanilla extract or paste you have on hand.
Cream Cheese – Light or fat-free cream cheese can be used if that is your preference.
Sugar – Granulated sugar alternatives such as monk fruit or stevia can be used for a low carb version. Add sugar substitute a little at a time and taste between additions as sugar alternatives vary in sweetness.
BERRY CHEESECAKE SALAD STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
This salad is best served immediately. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days. The berries release moisture making this salad not keep for too long.

Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 8 Ounces Cool-Whip, thawed
- ⅓ Cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 ½ Cups Sliced Strawberries
- 1 ½ Cups Blueberries
- 1 ½ Cups Raspberries
- 1 ½ Cups Blackberries
- 1 Teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, using handmixer whip together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add Cool-Whip, mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold the berries into the mixture until evenly distributed.
- Serve immediately or chill for an hour before serving for a thicker consistency.
