GRILLED CHICKEN COBB SALAD
This Cobb Salad is so fresh, colorful and flavorful. Prep the chicken and boiled eggs at the beginning of the week then enjoy this salad whenever you need a healthy meal. It comes together in just 10 minutes!
INGREDIENT OPTIONS:
- Use whatever salad greens you prefer. Iceberg salad blend tastes great too.
- Feel free to use breaded nuggets or chicken strips in place of the grilled chicken.
- Use your favorite dressing. You can also find pre-made Chick-Fil-A salad dressing at most grocery stores.

CHICK-FIL-A COBB SALAD RECIPE
This COPYCAT CHICK-FIL-A COBB SALAD RECIPE is super easy to make at home. Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, bacon and corn tossed with an Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing.
Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 1 pound grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 cups spring mix lettuce
- ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- (½) 15 oz can of corn kernels (or 1 cup thawed frozen corn)
- DRESSING:
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Juice from one lime
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the salad dressing. Mix well using a fork until smooth or blend in a food processor. Place inside the refrigerator until ready for use.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce and spring mix. Transfer lettuce mixture to serving dishes. Top with chicken breast, grape tomatoes, cheese, hard boiled eggs, bacon and corn.
- Top salad with lime ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
If you prefer heavily dressed salad, double the dressing recipe.
