Easy Crab Salad
I hesitate to call this a crab salad recipe because that brings to mind a heavy mayonnaise based seafood salad with fake crab. While this recipe does include mayo, it is just enough to make things stick together. We want the fresh crab flavor to shine alongside lemon, chives and Old Bay seasoning.
I live on the Oregon Coast, so crab is plentiful during the season. But, before I lived here I bought the Chicken of the Sea Premium Super Lump Crab Meat from Costco and was always pleased with it. So if you don’t live by the docks or it isn’t crabbing season that will work just fine.
