Vinegar Based Coleslaw Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Bag of Coleslaw Mix
Apple Cider Vinegar
Maple Syrup
Whole Ground Mustard
Salt/Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine vinegar, mustard, and maple syrup. Pour mixture over cabbage coleslaw mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately for crisp slaw or let sit at least 15 minutes for a softer coleslaw texture.

Coleslaw will last 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
The cabbage will release liquid over time so just keep that in mind when refrigerating.
