I hate to be one of those annoying readers, but this looks AMAZING. I’m dairy free though and I’m trying to figure out what I can do to replace that sour cream!
Any ideas?

I have only used regular sour cream, so I’m no help. But I did find this article about DF sour cream >> https://daiyafoods.com/blog/how-to-make-dairy-free-sour-cream/ It requires you to make it though 🙂
