TIPS FOR COOKING EGGS IN AN INSTANT POT:

  • You do not need the water to cover the eggs. It just needs to be about halfway up the eggs.
  • An ice bath or cold water is one of the best ways to ensure the eggs will peel easily after cooking. However, you can also add a teaspoon of baking soda to the cooking water as that tends to help as well.
  • Cooking time is only 5 minutes. The full cook time is approximately 15 minutes when taking into account pressurizing and releasing.

HARD BOILED EGGS STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store hard boiled eggs (peeled or unpeeled) in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Eat within 5 days.
