Antipasto Appetizer
These appetizer skewers are the easiest way to serve up charcuterie bites at a party or potluck. Just skewer everything that you would normally serve on a meat and cheese platter. The balsamic glaze is an optional step and should be drizzled on just before serving.
Feel free to omit or add ingredients to your skewers to fit your preferences.

How To Make Antipasto Skewers

How To Make Balsamic Glaze
You can find balsamic glaze at many grocery stores in the vinegar aisle. If making at home, reference the recipe below but decrease recipe by at least half. By decreasing the recipe the cook time will also be shorter.
For these skewers I used about 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Boiled down in a small sauté pan until syrupy.
