APPETIZER SKEWERS
Who doesn’t love finger foods on a stick?
Bringing the great flavors of Caprese Salad to this easy appetizer idea. Mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on wooden skewers will be a hit at any party, feast or potluck.
TOMATO OPTIONS:
Cherry tomatoes work best due to their shape, color and firmness. Grape tomatoes will work too, they just will not have that uniform round look.
MOZZARELLA OPTIONS:
Mini mozzarella balls work best for these skewers due to their shape and size (not mini pearls as those are too small). You can use the marinated mozzarella balls for an extra pop of flavor.
If mozzarella balls are not available, use a mozzarella log and cut it into bite sized cubes.
BALSAMIC GLAZE:
Use balsamic glaze not regular balsamic vinegar, as it is thicker and will adhere to the skewers better. Balsamic Glaze can be found in most grocery stores near the vinegars.

CAPRESE SKEWERS STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
