AIR FRYER BONE-IN CHICKEN THIGHS
Air fryers are amazing for cooking 2 types of foods: frozen junk food and meat. Particularly chicken and fish. Not only do I use my air fryer to cook the crispiest most delicious frozen French fries, but I use it to cook perfectly juicy chicken.
These chicken thighs are flavored with garlic, lemon and seasons then air fried to perfection. Just make your favorite side dish and dinner is served.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS
AIR FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS are the absolute best way to cook chicken thighs. The skin gets super crisp on the outside while the inside is tender and juicy.
Ingredients
- 4 large bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp dry thyme
Instructions
- Mix ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Add chicken thighs to bowl, toss to coat with marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2hs in the fridge.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375ºF
- Place chicken thighs into greased air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry for 10 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through to 165ºF internal temp. Cook time will vary depending on how thick the thighs are.
