This Hot Cheesy Onion Dip Recipe is perfect for parties, holidays or game day! Melted cheese and caramelized onions in a creamy ooey-gooey dip. The best appetizer EVER!
Okay, so this Hot Cheesy Onion Dip Recipe is Crazy, Cuckoo, Insanely Good! I used some Crockpot Caramelized Onions.
But if you prefer the stove top method, go for it. Just cook onions and oil on the stove top low, slow and lots of stirring.
As you can see, this dip is super cheesy. {Just the way I like it!} I only have this one lonely photo of this delicious dip because I had some major tech problems the last part of 2015. You know, the kind of issues that make you wanna throw your laptop out the window! I’m putting all of that in the past and just thanking my lucky stars that I was able to salvage one photo of this Hot Cheesy Onion Dip! Because it is just too good not to share with you.

My family enjoyed the caramelized onion dip. In the instructions you say to mix 1cup of the cheese. You do not say what to do with the 1/2 of cup. I cook and bake a lot so I knew to put it on top. People who make not cook or are learning to cook may not know what to do with it.
