Cilantro Lime Slaw
Oil (Avocado, Olive or Algae)
Salt & Pepper
Combine cabbage, cilantro and jalapeno. Mix oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cabbage.
Toss until slaw is evenly coated with dressing. Set aside at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
This no mayo coleslaw recipe is ideal for BBQ's or potlucks as you don't have to worry about mayo going bad!
Avoid making it in advance if you like super crisp slaw
