Cheesy Ranch Potatoes Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Baby Dutch Potatoes
Olive Oil
Colby/Jack Cheese
Dry Ranch Mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut potatoes in halves or quarters, all equal in size.
Toss potatoes with oil and ranch mix. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet sprayed with nonstick. Arrange potatoes in an even layer.
Bake for 25 minutes. Once potatoes are fork tender, top with shredded cheese and return to the oven for 1 minute to melt.
Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
