- Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- Oil
- Ground Beef
- Garlic Powder
- Ground Pepper
- Sea Salt
- Mustard
- Worcestershire Sauce
- No Sugar Hamburger Seasoning
- Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese

How Do You Make Cheeseburger Casserole
- Pan fry the cauliflower rice in oil over medium/high heat until browned. Transfer to greased casserole dish and spread in an even layer.
- Mix ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.
- Brown ground beef in large pan over medium/high heat, keep beef in large bite sized pieces. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to casserole dish in an even layer on top of cauliflower rice.
- Top with shredded cheese. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
- Top with sliced tomatoes, chopped lettuce and sliced pickles.
- Mix mayo, ketchup and chili powder. Serve with casserole.

- 4 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce*
- 2 teaspoons No Sugar Hamburger Seasoning**
- 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese
- Chopped Lettuce
- Sliced Tomato
- Sliced Pickle
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Low Carb Ketchup

When using frozen cauliflower I typically just fry it hot while still frozen. You can thaw then remove any excess liquid before frying and this would ensure a more crisp texture.
