How do you make granola from scratch?
This granola is very quick and easy to make. The pecans and dried apricots give this granola its crunch and sweetness. It is made with maple syrup, so this granola is vegan, too. But for granola that sticks together into clusters, just swap the maple syrup for honey.
Mix all the ingredients and bake. That’s it.
I found everything I needed for this Homemade Granola and the Two Good Yogurt at my local Safeway. I love shopping at Safeway because they have such a friendly staff and great products.
