Homemade Granola

I enjoy a light breakfast, nothing too rich or heavy. That is why Homemade Granola and yogurt are perfect for me. Starting my day with a nutritious, tasty meal gets me going in the right direction.

Two Good® by Light & Fit™ has only 2g of total sugar per 5.3oz serving—that’s 85% less sugar than average yogurts! Now you can find Two Good yogurt at your local Safeway. Plus, you can get $0.50 off 1 Two Good® Yogurt using the Safeway mobile J4U app.

Two Good Yogurt is a great way to start the New Year because it is a nourishing breakfast option for those busy mornings. This Pecan Apricot Granola is the prefect lightly sweet, crunchy yogurt topping. So even on the craziest of mornings you can have a great start to your day and feel good about your breakfast.

Two Good Yogurt is made using a slow straining process that removes most of the sugar from milk used to make yogurt. The end result is a great tasting yogurt with 12g of protein and 80 calories per 5.3oz serving.

That means this is a great way to start the day! A creamy, delicious yogurt topped with a sprinkle of crunchy homemade granola…good morning!

How do you make granola from scratch?

This granola is very quick and easy to make. The pecans and dried apricots give this granola its crunch and sweetness. It is made with maple syrup, so this granola is vegan, too. But for granola that sticks together into clusters, just swap the maple syrup for honey.

Mix all the ingredients and bake. That’s it.
