- Bone-In, Skin On Chicken Thighs
- Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- Unsalted Butter
- Lemon
- Parsley
How To Bake Chicken Thighs Bone-In
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towel. Salt and pepper generously.
- Heat oil in cast iron pan over medium high heat.
- Place chicken thighs top side down in hot oil. Fry 3-4 minutes or until tops are deep brown. Flip, turn off heat, top with butter then transfer to oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Check for doneness then bake for 5-10 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 165ºF.
- Top with chopped parsley and squirt with lemon. Serve with lemon and drizzle buttery juices over the top.

- 3-4 Tablespoons Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- 1 Stick (1/2 cup) Unsalted Butter
- 2 Lemons
- Fresh Chopped Parsley

- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towel. Salt and pepper generously.
- Heat oil in cast iron pan over medium high heat.
