After speaking with my Weight Watchers Coach and setting some goals, I am working on my consistency. I already shared my Weight Watchers Action Plan.

Apple Walnut Salad
Creamy Apple Walnut Salad is a healthy dessert or snack. This lightened up recipe is only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving. Perfect for sticking to those New Year's resolutions!
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Honeycrisp Apples - cubed, 4 cups
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Lite Whipped Topping, Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
- Tiny Pinch Ground Cinnamon
- Tiny Pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- Tiny Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and serve immediately.
