This post was created as part of a relationship in which I was sponsored by Weight Watchers and given a free three month subscription to try their new Personal Coaching product and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own. #WeightWatchers #WWsponsored

These 5 Minute Healthy Snack Ideas will help you to stay on track!  Hop on the fancy toast bandwagon that is all the rage right now.  These 5 toast ideas are ready in 5 minutes or less.  All are 5 Weight Watchers Points or less, too!

5 Minute Healthy Snack Ideas: 5 Toast Snacks, 5 Minutes Each, 5 Weight Watchers Points Each. Great for a satisfying breakfast, lunch or snack! #WeightWatchers

I’m still plugging away, trying to maintain my weightloss with the help of Weight Watchers.  Honestly, I have fumbled a bit lately.

I have a tendency to skip meals. Then I become ravenous and stuff my face!

Quick and easy recipes like these 5 Minute Healthy Snack Ideas are helping me to get it together.

If you make these toast snacks you don’t need to figure out the points.  They are all 5 points or less!  And they are all so satisfying that you could even eat one for a quick breakfast or lunch.

I am also a HUGE fan of the Weight Watchers App!  It is super user friendly and takes the guess work out of point tracking.  Just type in the ingredient or food item, enter the amount and track your points.  Easy-Peasy.

With this convenient tool, I no longer have to write down my food or try to remember what I ate throughout the day.  I can track my points as I go.  And if I’m unsure about the point value of a particular food, I just check it out on the Weight Watchers App before I decide to eat it.

In today’s fast paced world convenient tools like this one make all the difference!

This is such a great idea. I do not participate in a weight loss program, but my grandmother has been on Weight Watchers since the 1980s. She loves it and it works for her. I’ll have to share some of these toast recipes with her and the rest of my family. 🙂
