Start your day in the best possible way with this Easy Baked French Toast Recipe! Oven baked french toast topped with vanilla mascarpone, maple syrup and fresh strawberries makes a great breakfast or brunch to feed a crowd!
Why do I not eat more french toast!?!? I ask myself this question every time I make a batch.
French toast is a super simple comfort food. It’s even easier if you make it this way … in the oven.
No need to stand over the hot stove flipping bread. And this french toast will be ready all at once. So everyone can sit and enjoy breakfast together.
The generous folks at Rodelle sent me some of my favorite ingredients to use in my recipe creations. Of course, I had to start with the Rodelle Vanilla Paste. I am OBSESSED with vanilla paste. If you have not yet tried it, get yourself a jar as soon as possible! It makes such a difference.
Along with the Vanilla Paste, I gathered a few more of my favorites for this recipe. Soft King’s Hawaiian Sliced Bread and Fresh Strawberries.
This Easy Oven Baked French Toast is ready in 30 minutes!
That is my kind of breakfast.
