Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion - finely chopped
  • 6 Tortillas
  • 2 Cups Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese
  • 2 Tomatoes - sliced
  • 4 Pickles - sliced or chopped
  • Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 6 Slices Cooked Bacon

Instructions

  • In large sauté pan over medium high heat, brown ground beef most of the way. Drain any excess fat and return to pan. Add garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and onions. Cook until onions are tender.
  • Microwave tortillas for 10-15 seconds to soften.
  • Fill tortillas with ground beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, bacon and SPECIAL SAUCE. Roll as you would a burrito.
