White Chocolate Cookie Recipe
This is the first time I have ever made Cookie Bars! Can you believe it? I’m really not sure why it took me so long.
I love cookies. But, I hate the tedious process of scooping the dough and baking several batches. So this recipe just makes sense for me. I can’t wait to make a few cookie bar recipes of my own.
I got a little help from the Land O Lakes website. Their Cranberry Vanilla Chip Bars caught my attention because I love cranberries!
The contrast between sweet white chocolate and tart cranberries is amazing!
These White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookie Bars were a BIG hit around my house.
They were gone within 24 hours! Every. Last. Crumb.

Mmmmmm, I want one of these (okay, 3 of these) cookie bars right this second! Sorry, I just get so impatient around cookie bars…. they look SO good!
I love how easy cookie bars are! These are perfect for last minute holiday gatherings!
I’m so sick of scooping cookie dough, this is perfect. I cooked the pan, sliced the bars, and then drizzled them separately.
I’m with ya! I hate scooping cookie dough for hours. Glad you enjoyed!
