This Pomegranate Mimosa Recipe is perfect for New Year’s Eve or brunch. A simple blend of champagne and pomegranate juice for a bubbly festive drink! Cheers!
Whoa! Is it actually the end of 2015!?!? This year flew by and New Year’s snuck up on me. That means I’m officially getting old, right?
So if you are like me and totally unprepared for New Year’s Eve, this Pomegranate Mimosa Recipe is perfect for you. Super-duper easy with only 3 ingredients this is hardly a recipe.
These mimosas are totally festive and really, really tasty. If the crisp flavor of champagne is too much for you, the pomegranate juice adds just enough sweetness. The pomegranate arils dance around the glass thanks to the champagne bubbles.
In fact these are a little too easy to drink. So drink responsibly and have a Happy New Year!!!!
