What type of wings should you buy?

You want the wings that have already been sectioned into small, similar sized pieces. The Tip, Wingette and Drumette. If you need to separate your wings at home, check out This Chicken Wing Post for tips on the process.

How do you know when the baked chicken wings are done?

The juices will run clear. There will be no pink meat inside. And the skins will be crispy.

How do you sauce the baked wings?

Once the wings are done cooking just toss them in your preferred sauce. If using a sweet sauce, bbq sauce or buffalo sauce; toss wings in sauce then return to baking sheet and broil on high for 2-3 minutes to get a thick sticky coating (if preferred).
