Yes. While legumes are not allowed on Whole 30 – Paleo, green beans are considered more of a pod and are therefore allowed.

- Olive Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Fresh Green Beans
- Garlic
- Lemon
How To Make Sautéed Green Beans
- Heat oil over medium-high in a large skillet with a fitted lid.
- Add pepper flakes and green beans. Toss to coat.
- Cover pan and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for 7 minutes, stirring every minute or two.
- Remove lid and add the garlic, stir. Add lemon zest, juice, salt and pepper. Toss then serve.

- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Pound Fresh Green Beans - trimmed
- 3 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1 teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt/Pepper - to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium-high in a large skillet with a fitted lid.
