White Chocolate Whipped Cream Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Bar of White Chocolate 4oz
  • Cups Cold Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • Break the white chocolate bar into pieces and melt in the microwave for 1½-2 minutes. Stop to stir every 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream on medium/high until it thickens and peaks form.
  • Very quickly add the melted white chocolate and immediately begin whipping the mixture until it is fully incorporated.
  • *optional: mix in 1-2 Tb of powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter whipped cream dip*
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until use. Serve with your favorite fruit or cookies.

Notes

This recipe yields 2½ cups.
I used Lindt White Chocolate because it is my personal favorite.
