Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter - softened
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix.
  • Add flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt and continue mixing until mixture becomes a thick cookie dough.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2+ hours (preferably overnight).
    Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Use large scoop to portion out dough. Flatten rounds slightly then place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 11-12 minutes. Remove from oven and leave cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
    Makes approximately 15 cookies.
