Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Chopped Leftover Turkey
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • 3 Celery Ribs - sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • Juice of 1/2 a Small Lemon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
