Instructions
Heat the turkey drippings in a medium saucepan over medium/low heat.
Once the drippings are warm, add the flour and mix until there are no lumps. This will make a thick paste-like mixture.
Slowly pour the stock into the mixture, stirring constantly. Let the mixture heat for 2-3 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Never stop stirring!
Remove from the heat. Taste and adjust with salt or pepper.
