Ingredients

cream cheese
softened

granulated sugar

lemon juice

vanilla extract

Cool Whip
▢
1 ½
cups
crushed graham crackers
▢
4-6
parfait serving cups
▢
STRAWBERRIES:
▢
1
lb
fresh strawberries
hulled and diced
▢
3
tablespoons
granulated sugar
▢
2
teaspoons
lemon juice
Instructions
Mix together strawberry ingredients and set aside.
Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract into the mixture. Mix.
Fold Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
Divide half of the crushed graham crackers between serving cups.
Scoop in half of the cream cheese mixture between the serving cups and smooth out the tops.
Divide half of the diced strawberries amongst each cup.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Chill parfaits in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
