Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 4-5 Large Strawberries - chopped about 1/2 cup
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener of Choice I used Truvia
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Combined all ingredients in container. (I use a large mason jar)
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
