Sriracha and Maple Glazed Oven Baked Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Sriracha*
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place wire cooling rack on top. Evenly layer bacon strips on wire rack. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon begins to crisp.
  • Mix maple syrup, sriracha and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Remove bacon from oven and brush generously with glaze. Flip bacon strips to glaze both sides.
  • Bake for 10-15 more minutes until bacon is crispy but not burnt.

Notes

*This will make a very mild glaze. For a medium to hot glaze, add 2-4 extra teaspoons of sriracha.
