Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place wire cooling rack on top. Evenly layer bacon strips on wire rack. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon begins to crisp.
Mix maple syrup, sriracha and brown sugar until smooth.
Remove bacon from oven and brush generously with glaze. Flip bacon strips to glaze both sides.
Bake for 10-15 more minutes until bacon is crispy but not burnt.
Notes
*This will make a very mild glaze. For a medium to hot glaze, add 2-4 extra teaspoons of sriracha.
