Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Can Water Chestnuts - chopped 8oz
  • 1 Package Leek Soup Mix 1.8oz
  • 1 Cup Grated Carrot about 1 carrot
  • 2 Cups Full Fat Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • Sourdough or French Bread

Instructions

  • Thaw chopped spinach and drain all liquid.
  • Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
