Spicy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise*
  • 1-3 teaspoons Hot Sauce I like Tapatio - to preferred heat
  • Sea Salt
  • Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • Chopped Chives

Instructions

  • Cook your eggs however you prefer: boiled, air fried or baked.
  • Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  • Transfer egg yolks to bowl, add mayo and hot sauce. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  • Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Top with flaked sea salt, red chili pepper flakes and chopped chives.

Notes

*1/3 cup mayo will make extra creamy filling. Reduce to 1/4 cup if you prefer a thicker filling.
